What riders say

People we drive, in their words.

Three times a week to dialysis and he's never once been late. My dad asks for him by name now.
Patricia M. · Garland · daughter of a rider
They called the day before to check if I still needed the wheelchair. Small thing. Nobody else ever did it.
Ronald T. · Arlington
I was nervous about the recline chair after my hip. The driver talked me through every bump on 635.
Gloria A. · Mesquite
We schedule six residents a week with MedRide. Paperwork is clean, drivers are polite, and they sign out with the nurse.
Denise W. · Skilled nursing facility, Fort Worth
Straight answer on price before I paid. No add-ons when I got home.
James O. · Plano
They walked my mother all the way to the check-in desk and waited until a nurse came out.
